Amani was called into fruition in 1996, with the creation of hand sewn placemats by just four women. Now, Amani employs over 200 women in Kenya, Uganda and America. This growth was not an expectation, but rather a blessing.

Sundown' is coming, and we couldn't be more excited! It's been years in the making / dreaming, and we're all bustling about at the café - taste testing the new dishes & drinks, stringing up twinkle lights, printing new menus - getting everything just perfect for all of you! We think that being able to enjoy our beautiful garden during those magical, sunset hours is going to be pretty special. Hope to see you on the 18th - and every evening after that!
